BioFiller by Alocuro is a 100% natural injectable made from the patient’s own blood plasma to support tissue quality, dermal integrity, and structural refinement.
From Blood to BioFiller
Depending on the Alocuro system configuration, 15–30 mL of blood is collected using Alocuro-supplied consumables.
01 / COLLECT
The blood is spun using an Alocuro centrifuge, separating the plasma and cellular components by density. The required platelet-poor plasma (PPP) and concentrated platelet-rich plasma (PRP) components are then isolated for BioFiller preparation.
02 / CONCENTRATE
The selected PPP undergoes controlled heating and cooling to create the viscous plasma albumin gel component of BioFiller.
03 / PROCESS
The plasma gel is combined with high platelet dose PRP according to the BioFiller protocol, creating the final cohesive BioFiller preparation ready for clinical application.
04 / COMBINE
STRUCTURE
The plasma albumin gel provides the structural component of BioFiller, creating temporary autologous volume and tissue support where clinically indicated. Published clinical studies of autologous plasma gel have reported improvements in facial volume, skin density and contour, including reductions in nasolabial fold depth following treatment. BioFiller gives clinicians an autologous option for addressing volume loss and structural change without introducing a manufactured filler material.
SKIN REJUVENATION
BioFiller does more than provide temporary structure. The concentrated PRP component introduces a platelet-rich fraction containing biologically active factors that support tissue repair and remodelling processes. Clinical literature reports improvements in skin density, texture and elasticity, with supporting evidence of dermal extracellular matrix renewal and collagen-related tissue changes.
